With the global trends moving towards day time entertainment, Joburg’s hottest new hangout spot Altitude Beach officially launched last night post it’s soft launch over the past 2 weeks. Surrounded by the hustle and bustle of Johannesburg traffic, this hidden gem is intimately tucked away next to the newly renovated Fourways Mall. Currently making waves on the Jozi party scene, Altitude Beach is just so much more.
Set to be Joburg’s hottest premium water-front dining and lifestyle venue this side of the equator, it’s a destination for luxury and exclusivity aptly launched just in time for the festive season. Launch night was attended by media and celebs alike including hiphop royalty Nomuzi Mabena, Gigi La Mayne and JR alongside actors Kayisa Ngqula, sisters Candice and Refilwe Modiselle, Cedric Fourie and Chris Jaftha. TV Personalities Lala Hiriyama, Abigail Visagie, Mulisa Mudau and Tino Chinyani also attended as well as muso’s Wanda Baloyi, KLA, Benny Afroe, Ami Faki, LexLeo and Nambian star Taylor Jaye. Other guests included Lasizwe, Melanie Bala, Dimpie Dimpopo, Gemaén Jordan Taylor, Kamo Moth, Aurelia Nxumalo, Trevor Gumbi, Paledi Segapo and Lerato Sengadi.

After dark The Altitude Beach Club really comes alive with music by some of SA’s finest DJ’s and artists on specific parties nights. Lunchtime sessions offer a vibrant mix of slow house music and old classics. Officially opened this past November, this sleek and suave venue can host up to 1500 guests.
