Following the official announcement of their first massive live production taking place this April, Scorpion Kings dropped a full-length album for their fans. With Amapiano having dominated the South African airways all through 2019, there is no way you can talk about the genre without mentioning Amapiano key players Scorpion Kings.
This super DJ, Producer & Songwriters duo of DJ Maphorisa & Kabza De Small who are on the fore-front of the movement first collaborated in July last year when they released their first album Scorpion Kings. This was followed by projects Piano Hub and the Return of the Scorpion Kings.
Following their huge success in 2019, the duo partnered with one of SA’s leading event organizers Glen21 Entertainment, as they will be hosting their first live concert Scorpion Kings LIVE at Sun Arena in Pretoria in April. The 3-hour long, first-of-its-kind curated show in Pretoria will feature live performances from a string of talented artists to be announced closer to the show.
And just to thanks their fans for the ongoing support, they have released a new album which is available Apple Music. The album titled Scorpion Kings Live will also be available on Spotify and Deezer over the next few days. It will feature SA favourites Samthing Soweto, Cassper Nyovest, Vyno Miller, Aymos and Howard to name a few.
