South African record label, Just Move Records (JMR) presents their latest 2020 offering. A RMXS EP which includes 2 remixes of both Brand New Day by Thabang Baloyi and Club PMWC by Kayemzat Xi.
The Pretoria-born Thorne Miller, an enigmatic producer hot on many lips, remixes both songs with his majestic touch straight from Deep house wonderland. Gaining support from Jullian Gomes, Just Mo, Richie Hartness and House Salad Music. Just Move Records co-founder, Nuno Estevez, remixes Club PMWC returning with his distinctly true Deep house sound. The remix is a real vibe, with support from Oscar Mbo, Dj Aakmael and Yoshi Horino.
The final remix of Brand New Day oozes that underground appeal, a well constructed sound piece by, Women Who Kill, a South African artist based in Seoul. He shared a few words “I wanted to turn Thabang’s track into a dub house kinda journey. You know, make his floaty parts a little more floaty and switch up the rhythm section to keep your feet moving. All while building tension and release.” The remix has received early support from Moskalus, Rick Koen and Mike Solus. The JMR RMXS EP is a Deep house offering for the avid listener. Be sure to follow the JMR Spotify playlist for all their latest releases amongst their favourites.
