Albanian-born, Italy-based producer KÖNI, and Kenyan Afro-house sensation Idd Aziz have joined forces to release *Wachanare*, a vibrant EP that blends their rich cultural heritages with global sounds. The EP’s title track, “Wachanare,” dropped on July 19, 2024, showcasing a smooth fusion of Afro-house and melodic beats. Idd Aziz, with his Mijikenda and Kiswahili influences, brings his signature Afro-tech sound to the forefront, delivering an unforgettable auditory experience.
Following this, Candy Man’s remix introduces an Afro-tech groove, while DJ Couza’s soulful touch enriches the EP with soothing beats. Arcade Saiyans add a multicultural flair, blending rhythms from Europe, Latin America, and North America.
