Born and raised in South Africa, Bonga Ncube a.k.a ‘Anerah Yasole’ is one of the hottest talents to come out of the Nelspruit house music scene. Inspired by great house musicians such as ‘Osunlade, Masters At Work, Ame, Culoe de Song’ and ‘Black Coffee’ , ‘Anerah Yasole’ experimented with house music back in the year 2000 and since then has never looked back.
Sho Mag premiere’s his latest offering titled ‘Ethnography’. This is a blissful sounding three track EP offering we have had the pleasure of banging in a very very long time!!! We must say ‘Anerah Yasole’ has superbly crafted the essence of West, Central and Southern African cultures into one amazing Afro House sound.
‘Ethnography definitely picks up the tempo for 2019’ – Sho Mag
‘Ethnography is the the study and systematic recording of human cultures. It is designed to explore cultural phenomena where the researcher observes society from the point of view of the subject of the study. An ethnography is a means to represent graphically the culture of a group. My phone focus in this case is West, Central and Southern African cultures. I present to you my 3 Track descriptive work produced from such research’. – Anerah Yasole
