Sizz Biography

‘Sandisizwe Mkhwanazi’, all the way from South Africa, In the heart warming Bunduz of Kwazulu Natal, started producing in 2010, perfected the craft for more than 5 years, while trying to find who he is, he was listening to the likes of ‘Atjazz, Culoe De Song, The Layabouts, C.9ine’ to name a few.

First release for under the pseudonym ‘Sizz’, was released under ‘Out&Out Records’, titled ‘Bleeding Hearts, Roses and Funk EP’, which was followed by a single ‘Gentle Fist’. From there things went on to even reaching the attention of overseas labels like the infamous ‘Phat Elephant Recording’  in ‘Amsterdam’ with a Single titled, ‘Amadilo’ under the pseudonym ‘Guy Gibbons’. Sandisizwe Mkhwanazi went on to release under a French label ‘Atal Music’.

Fast forward to 2017.  ‘Surreal Sounds Music’ scouted out producer across the world to push their ‘Within The Beats Movement’, ‘Sizz and OU’ formed a union and released an EP titled ‘Twin Towers’, with songs like ‘Ten Walls, Velvet Orchid’ which ‘Sizz’ contributed on.

In 2018 ‘Surreal Sounds Music’ released a Compilation which included 3 tracks that Sandisizwe worked on, ‘Come Away Remix, Existence Of True Love, and Velvet Orchid’. And went on to release an EP titled ‘Psycho by Guy Gibbons’. So far in 2018, Sandisizwe has worked on Remixes for a few names in the music industry, including the talented ‘El Mukuka’ hailing from ‘Zambia’, and in the midst of it all, Sandisizwe has released independently an EP that is doing well, titled ‘All The Mistakes You Ever Made(Guy Gibbons)’, on Bandcamp. On the pipeline is a Sweet EP titled ‘Jesus Black’ (Sizz). Look out for that!
