Coming straight from Thohoyandou, South Africa. We have Mulalo Ndou who is popularly known as ‘Soulcool’ within the House Music Scene. Soulcool’s love for house music started way back in 1999 at a tender age of 12 years. It was with no surprise that in 2002, he picked up ‘deejying’. That was later followed by beat production in 2007.

His debut ‘EP’ titled ‘Intense Soul’ was released in 2012 through ‘Rockside Productions’. ‘Intense Soul’ caused ‘major havoc’ as this offering camped comfortably within the ‘AfrodesiaMp3 Top 100 Best Selling Tracks’ for three consecutive months. Since then ‘Soulcool’ has perfected his sound which he describes as ‘atmospheric deep house with heavy pads & groovy percussion’. His musical talent hasn’t gone unnoticed as he has released various EP’s through established music labels such as ‘Nick Holder’s DNH Records, Just Move Records, Soul Candi Records’. Some of his tracks are compiled on various compilations by ‘Vinny Da Vinci, Fistaz Mixwell, and DJ Christos’.

‘Soulcool’ is off with a bang in 2018, as he has just dropped his recent banging single which is titled ‘Believe’. ‘Believe’ is a debut release through his own label ‘Soulcool Recordings’ and that right there serves as ‘proof of growth within his craft’. ‘Believe’ is an ‘atmospheric deep house track’ which is packed with ‘pure emotion and style’. ‘Soulcool’ takes us on a ‘musical high’ in ‘Believe’ with some ‘soul soothing mystical sounding pads’ which cover the entire track perfectly. I particularly loved the use of ‘minimum keys’ within the track as that gave other ‘musical elements permission to shine’. In all, ‘Believe’ is a well-rounded track and a perfect way to ‘set the tone for 2018’.
