Zameka’s long awaited, Drum Queen 90s EP is set for release this coming Friday, 23 October 2020 across all streaming platforms. The eight track Afro House/ Afro Tech EP is named after Zameka’s alias, (stage name) Drum Queen 90s. Music lovers are patiently waiting to hear what Zameka has in store for them having nailed collaborations with the likes of TNS, RUDEBOYZ and now KUSUSA on their latest offering.
Drum Queen 90s EP enjoys notable features by the legendary Durban’s Finest, Dj Sox and producer duo, Afro Brothers who are well known for producing Prince Kaybee’s hit single Gugulethu. The conceptual Ep intentionally feeds into a pre-existing “nostalgia” for the golden old days, which continue to sonically and aesthetically influence today’s pop culture.
