Deep Sound Crew is a duo of producer deejays Akhona Sitani and Sibusiso Sonti, born in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, South Africa. Deep Sound Crew produces different genres of music but mostly specialize in dance music and they perform their original music. They are really passionate and have a vision about their music.

This group was formed in 2010 and started production up to that moment. Before the group was formed they were performing as solo acts. Sibusiso “Sladge” Sonti who was a Kwaito Music Artist before Deep Sound Crew was formed. Akhona “Ben” Sitani who was doing house music before Deep Sound Crew was formed. They have moved steadily in correct direction and they are signed under their own label One Man Jaive Entertainment.

Deep Sound Crew music is motivated by a number of different people within the music industry and not connected to it and they have worked with the likes of Micasa , Mpumi , Mque , Professor , Speedy , Busiswa , Mono T , Dr Moruti, Dj Sk , Dj Thakzin, Zain SA , Sdudla Noma1000. Their music is play listed in over 30 radio station across South Africa including Mhlobo Wenene FM, Metro FM, Tru FM to mention a few. They have performed their late single Ubawu Jaivi Uyahlola live for the continent of Africa on SABC News show Morning Live.

Music is Deep Sound Crew’s life and they live their lives to the fullest. They enjoy entertaining people with their unique performances. Deep Sound Crew has wowed crowds with their live performances all over South Africa in venues and shows around Cape Town, George, Port Elizabeth, Mthatha, East London, Johannesburg and Durban.
